Monday' schedule : every participant is now arrived and did not wait you for starting the party. You missed them? Be ready to see them in gymnasiums : high level of matches will be available all along the day. Above all, don't forget the opening ceremony in GH, all participants will come up on stage and many shows are foreseen. Take a look at the details...
All day long on the ESSEC campus
« Bar des sports » (free food and soft drinks, table football, table tennis, video games and surprising happenings.
Monday 20th April 2009: beginning of the tournament - qualification games
From 9 am to 6 pm: qualification games
8 pm:
- Opening ceremony, come and discover a Cabaret show and then take a memory picture with all participants of your university and the T5B mascot!
- Welcome ceremony mandatory for heads of delegation and officials => buffet supper, wine tasting, magic, anniversary cake and classical music concert.
10 pm - 2 am: Free party at the ESSEC bar called the Foy's: attend the concerts!
