After the success of the Treasure Hunt a few days ago and the enthusiasm you’ve displayed at that time, MELT is glad to let you know that a new trip is going to take place on December 3rd, Saturday so as to make you all discover the magic of Paris .
This day out starts at 10.30 with the visit of the Opera Garnier : the wings, the theatre, the Galleries …One of the best-known Parisian monument : absolutely inevitable !
An architectural and historic wonder that will undoubtedly astonish you .
Afterwards, enjoy a wonderful Fashion-Exhibition performed by the French couturier Christian Lacroix in the Library-Museum of the Opera entitled : “Rouge” and discover gorgeous scene dresses, models and scenery sets through the prism of the red color .
A genuine glimpse of French fashion, theatrical costumes and dress history through a red bath of haute couture dresses.
Then, we'll have a cosy lunch all together in a typical Parisian restaurant.
Finally, our route leads us in the streets of the Quartier Montmartre : discover the wonders of this unusual neighbourhood : the vineyards, the artists studios, the cabaret “le Lapin Agile”… and many other unknown eccentricities and follow Amelie Poulain's footsteps .
Our marvellous walk may end around 4.30 PM, sitting cosily outside a café sipping a hot chocolate.
Come and meet us on our Melt exhibition stand on Tuesday, November, 29th during Melt Around the World international day all day long if you wish to have more information or to pre-check. Otherwise you can sign up by e-mailing to Cindy at b00030865@essec.fr.
Excursion fare : 4 € (exhibition, with student card) + lunch price
