T5B 2005

Discover the European greatest student-organised sports event, and join us for a week of sport, fun and cultural exchange.

The T5B was born in 1980 from the creative imagination of a dozen of ESSEC students and since then, it has the ambition to unite athletes from all countries and all social backgrounds in a major sports meeting.

During one week, the participants compete in Basket-Ball, Football, Handball, Rugby and Volley-Ball and take part in the various parties and activities.

Last year more than 1,000 students, coming from 23 countries participated in the Tournament.

We expect at least as many participants for the 26th edition, from April 24th to April 29th 2005.

Sunday 24th

Welcome and check-in of the delegations, Welcome Packs will be given
Various activities

Monday 25th

9 am to 6 pm : Qualifying games in all sports
7 pm : Welcoming cocktail with the Heads of Delegation and officials of Essec and the City of Cergy
8 pm : Opening ceremony
10 pm to 2 am : Party at the Foy’s (Essec’s Pub)

Tuesday 26th

9 am to 6 pm : Qualification games in all sports
10 pm to 2 am : Party in a Night Club

Wednesday 27th

9 am to 5 pm : Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals in all sports
8 pm to 1 am : Visit of Paris in the famous “Bateaux-Mouches”, Bars in Paris
8 pm to 2 am : Party at the Foy’s (Essec’s Pub)

Thursday 28th

9 am to 6 pm : Finals in all sports
6 pm to 10 pm : Basket-Ball “All Star Game”, Awards Ceremoby, slam dunk contest, surprise exhibition game
10 pm to 3 pm : Big party at Essec

Friday 29th
